In the wake of ongoing high profile sexual harassment claims dominating the news and the #MeToo response, employers must examine their current practices and quickly adapt. Martin Pringle attorney, Anna Ritchie, will advise employers on how to protect themselves and their employees with effective policies and how to avoid liability with harassment investigations and prompt corrective action.  In addition, participants will examine how company culture impacts employer responses and employee expectations.
