Eleven years of both professional and management level corporate human resources experiences. Four years higher education administration. Thirteen years’ experience teaching Organizational Development and Human Resources at Masters Level online and in the classroom. Through workforce planning, developed strategies to effectively address recruitment and retention issues. Successfully led efforts in developing and maintaining compensation and performance management systems to ensure companies are able to stay competitive not only locally but nationally. Over the years, focused attention on structuring or restructuring management resources in order to eliminate waste and repetition, thus saving organizations thousands of dollars.
