Kansas Active Shooter Mitigation was developed to train people in the workplace and teachers in schools on how to deal with an active shooter event at their workplace or school.

Tod Hileman

I grew up and graduated high school in Brewster, Kansas. After attending Colby Community College for two years, I started my career in law enforcement in 1993 with the Thomas County Sheriff’s Office. I worked there until 1998 when I accepted a job with the Kansas Highway Patrol.
