Session Description

Todd Sutcliffe is the founder of National Screening Bureau. Like many employers, he has experienced good and bad hires. He wanted to determine which applicants would be successful employees and thrive in his company and which would not. How could an applicant with a great resume, awesome skills, and an excellent interview result in a bad employee? Todd found himself on a quest to find the solution to hiring successfully. In this workshop we will review the strategic measures that he and his team have found to be key factors in the ongoing quest for a successful hire and an amazing long-term employee.

Todd Sutcliffe

Todd Sutcliffe is the Founder and President of National Screening Bureau. Involved with the Background Screening and Credit Bureau industry since 1999, he is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and recently served on the Kansas State SHRM board. He is an expert in best practices for background screening, drug screening, EEOC compliance, right fit hiring and the impact these programs have on employers. Todd holds the Advanced FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) Certification and possesses a Private Investigator’s license.
